INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

With this document, we wish to inform users about our Privacy Policy and how the site is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to those who interact with the web services of Livorno Music Festival, accessible electronically at the address: www.livornomusicfestival.com.

The information applies exclusively to the website of Livorno Music Festival and not to other websites that may be consulted via links.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Associazione Amici della Musica di Livorno, with registered office in Via Calzabigi, 74 – 57125 Livorno. 2. Personal data processed

The Data Controller processes the following personal data provided voluntarily by users:

  • Personal data (name, surname);
  • Contacts (email, telephone number);
  • Tax data (tax code, VAT number);
  • Profession data (profession, curriculum vitae);
  • Data necessary for enrollment in courses;
  • Images and audiovisual recordings (where permitted).

In addition, the Data Controller may process navigation data collected automatically during use of the site, such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, access times and other technical data.

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Without the user’s consent (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, c, f GDPR):
  • Manage course registration and provide related services;
  • Comply with legal, fiscal and administrative obligations;
  • Ensure the security of the platform and prevent illegal activities;
  • Exercise the rights of the Data Controller (e.g. defense in court);
  • Publish and disseminate personal data relating to the Association’s activities (personal data, curriculum vitae, images and audiovisual recordings of events and shows, also through online media and platforms).

Only with the explicit consent of the user (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR):

  • Send promotional and marketing communications;
  • Additional and optional educational activities.

4. Methods of data processing and storage

Personal data are processed using paper and electronic tools, in compliance with the security principles set out in the GDPR. The Data Controller stores the data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and in any case for the terms set out in the legislation in force.

5. Access to data and communication to third parties

Personal data may be made accessible:

  • To employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, as persons authorised to process data;
  • To external parties who support the Data Controller in providing services (e.g. tax consultants, IT service providers), appointed as Data Processors;
  • To public bodies or judicial authorities, when required by law.

Personal data will not be disclosed without the user’s authorisation.

6. Transfer of data outside the EU

If necessary, the data may be transferred to non-EU countries, ensuring adequate levels of protection in accordance with the GDPR, through adequacy decisions of the European Commission or the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Rights of the interested party

Users may exercise the following rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

  • Access to personal data;
  • Rectification of inaccurate data;
  • Erasure of data (right to be forgotten);
  • Restriction of processing;
  • Objection to processing;
  • Portability of data to another controller;
  • Withdrawal of consent, where applicable;
  • Propose a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

8. Data protection and security measures

The Data Controller adopts adequate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure of personal data. However, no Internet transmission can be considered completely secure, so you are encouraged to protect your credentials and report any violations.

9. Minors

Personal data of minors under 18 years of age are processed exclusively with the consent of their parents or those exercising parental responsibility.
