2. Object of the Service
The site allows users to register with the Association and to pay the participation fees for courses and concerts. It is not an e-marketplace and does not provide for the sale of physical products.

3. Conditions of Sale and Payments

  • The services are sold exclusively to consumers and not to professional users.
  • The prices indicated are expressed in euros (€).
  • Payment is made through external payment management services, such as PayPal.
  • Users have 14 days to cancel a purchase, in accordance with the current legislation on the right of withdrawal.
  • There are no subscriptions for the services offered.

4. User Registration
Access to and use of the site does not require registration by the user.

5. Newsletter Subscription
Users have the option to subscribe to the newsletter to receive updates on events, offers, and news related to the Livorno Music Festival & Summer Academy. To subscribe, a valid email address must be provided, along with explicit consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. Providing this data is optional; however, without it, the newsletter cannot be sent.
The collected data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be shared with third parties without the user’s consent. Users can withdraw their consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter via the dedicated link included in each communication received or by contacting us directly.

6. Content and Property Rights

  • Users may not upload or share content on the site.
  • All content on the site (texts, images, logos, audiovisual materials) is the property of the Associazione Amici della Musica di Livorno and its reproduction without explicit authorization is prohibited.
