Conditions for Registration and Fees
Registration for our Master Classes is perfected in two steps
Payment of the registration fee and sending of the registration application
(Net of bank commissions)
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE for the AML Association and consequently for all courses is MAY 31, 2025.
The deadline for registration for auditors is JULY 15, 2025.
Registrations of active participants will be accepted in order of arrival date, except for specific regulations of some courses. Once the maximum number of active participants is reached, a waiting list will be set up and communicated.
Enrollment applications must be sent by filling out the enrollment form online, except for specific regulations within the pages of some courses.
Please read the page of the chosen course carefully before filling out the application.
We ask you to read the statutes of the Association and the regulations for attending courses.
The online application must be attached to the application for registration:
- copy of Passport or Identity Card, a parent document in the case of a minor;
- curriculum vitae;
- receipt of the Registration fee of € 140.00 (one hundred and forty), relating to the registration fee to the AML Association, made via Paypal (with a 5% increase to cover service management costs) or by bank transfer (net of bank commissions) indicating the payment number.
The payment must be made for the individual courses and for each of the members of a group, in whose reason the name of the student must be indicated.
The registration fee to the AML Association is a one off payment for every soloist and students for every individual student, even though being part of an ensemble, and applies to attend more courses. This fee will be refunded only if the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, please check the Festival’s General Regulation, and not due to lack of participation of the student.
For auditors there is only a participation fee (see table in “second step”).

Registration will be confirmed with the payment of the attendance fee for each student, as shown below.
The Livorno Music Festival has entered into an agreement with the “Pietro Mascagni” Conservatory of Livorno, thanks to which students regularly enrolled in Mascagni benefit from the reduction of the attendance fee. Information at the conservatory.
The payment of the attendance fees and the piano accompanist fee (if requested) must be made by bank wire transfer (net of bank commissions) or via Paypal (with a 5% increase to cover service management costs) BEFORE 10 JUNE, indicating the name of the student and the chosen course in the purpose of the payment, and sending the payment receipt to: infolivornomusicfestival@gmail.com
Students already enrolled in any course of the Festival will benefit from a 20% discount on the attendance fee of another course (the discount applies to the course with the lower cost). Payment must be made in this case by bank transfer (net of bank fees) or via Paypal, agreeing on the method with the course secretariat.
For auditors there is only a participation fee as reported in the specific table.
